We are getting very close to the wonderful holiday seasons of Thanksgiving and Christmas (my favorite time of year!)
This week the teachers and I prayed for: Jenna (4), Autumn (5), Nickolas (4), Conrad (5), and Naomi (3) God Bless all of these amazing children of God!!

POP News:
Chess Club next date is November 18th at 2:45-3:30, you need to sign up your child if they want to participate. We have only a few more openings for this month. Sign the form in office.
PTAL meeting November 19th at 6:00PM
Movie Night – November 21 6:30 “Inside Out 2”
No school for Thanksgiving break started on Friday November 22, schools resumes on December 2, 2024.
Make sure you sign up for a parent/teacher conference with your child(rens) teacher(s). Your teacher emailed you how to do this.
Operation Christmas Child boxes need to be all filled and brought to school by no later than Wed. November 20th at 10:00AM. Our goal is 130 boxes filled. You can get boxes at school, ask your teacher, come to the office, I will be out at pick up with boxes as well. Come on POP families let’s bless 130 kids!!!
See’s Candy is due by November 21st. You should get the online information emailed to you today or tomorrow. We should have those orders ready for pick up the first week in December.
Many of you ordered the hoodies with our school theme verse for the year. Please come by before Thanksgiving break to pay for them if you have not already done it. $30 per hoodie. Mrs. Ruiz will take your payment in the office.
We also have discounted tickets to Orange Lutheran High School’s performance of “Grease” this weekend. You can scan the QR code or take a form in the office if you are interested.
Exciting NEWS: Last week we had our “Mid-Cycle Visit” for our WASC accreditation. It went great we were granted the highest possible extension of 3 years until we will be visited again. Thank you for parents, students, teachers and staff who all played a big part in this confirmation of the good work God is doing through all of us at Prince of Peace.
